How long does a project take?

It’s all scope dependent. Take a 5000 sqft brand new day care for example. Permit approval can take around 2-3 months to receive. Construction time from framing to occupancy usually around 4-6 months. A bathroom or classroom retrofit on the other hands can be completed within few weeks.

Construction time of a brand new restaraunt that is less than 3500 sqft usually takes two months to complete. A take out restaraunt will take less time to complete.

How do you provide design support?

We provide design support on all type of restaurants. Our design service include site visits, 3D rendering, architectural, mechanical and fire suppression drawing for permit submission.
